• No outside food or drinks
  (Exception: birthday cake – we are happy to provide plates, forks, knives, and napkins)
• Own decorative items (balloons, streamers, etc.) are permitted by prior agreement,
  however no confetti, confetti balloons, adhesive strips, thumbtacks, etc.
• The maximum number of guests specified for the rooms must not be exceeded
• Smoking and open fires (table fireworks, candles, sparklers, etc.) are not allowed
• Benches and chairs are for sitting only (please do not stand or dance on them!)
• In all other respects, our Terms and Conditions apply
• In the event of violations of the rules, we reserve the right to claim damages as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

During the times marked with an * in the price lists (Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 PM), we require an order of drinks and / or food equal to at least 50% of the total room rental for the booked period. All orders (drinks and food) will be credited towards this. If the total amount of all orders during the booked period is less, the full minimum order amount will still apply.
On Thursdays, Sundays (as well as Fridays and Saturdays before 8:00 PM) there is no minimum consumption.

Example: On Saturday from 9:00 PM, you book a room for two hours at a total price of 70 EUR. In this case, we ask for orders (of drinks and food) worth at least 35 EUR.

If you wish to change the time or the booked room at a later time, please call us.

If you spontaneously wish to stay longer than booked, this is gladly possible, provided the room has not already been assigned to someone else.

Cancellation costs for cancellations are calculated according to the time of cancellation as follows:

• 14 to 8 business days before the booking date: in the amount of the deposit
• 7 to 2 business days before the booking date: 50%
• 3 – 2 days before the booking date: 75%
• on the day of the booking and the day before: 100%

Booking date is the day on which your reserved time begins. The percentage refers to the room rental price incurred for your reservation. Otherwise, our Terms and Conditions apply.

Rooms:

Under 16: Only when accompanied by at least one parent
16-17 years old: Accompanied by a parent without time restrictions
Unaccompanied until 10:00 PM at the latest ("authorized persons for child care/guardians" are not accepted)

Public events (e.g. OpenMic):

From 18 years (no exceptions)

Our professional karaoke app fulfills virtually every request with thousands of German and international songs. If you have song requests beyond that, please talk to us.

The karaoke app can be operated directly at the terminal. Even more convenient: scan the QR code on the monitor to enter your song requests directly on your mobile phone (no app installation required).

In the app you have the option to search by artist, title, genre, or language. You can also adjust volume, effect (echo/reverb), tempo, and pitch.
